How can poor people save money and other diseases? Useful advice from General Noori.

How can poor people save money and other diseases?

Yesterday, a well-known cardiologist went to Major General (retd) Dr Muhammad Masoodul Hassan (Sitara-e-Imtiaz) for a medical check-up and he would ask me what I do. I told him that as far as the media was concerned, he spoke very eloquently about the current situation and gave very simple and practical advice on how to stay safe from Corona. At the same time, he said that these words must reach 80% of the poor people of Pakistan. Of course these things are so valuable that they should reach as many people as possible. Please share this post as much as possible in the public interest on social media.

Allah Almighty has given such natural blessings to Pakistan which are within the reach of every rich and poor man and no money is spent on them. What are these blessings?

Happened.
Sunshine,
lemons and mint
alum
walk
social distance from

Dr. Norie says that in general we all do not take full advantage of the air and breathe half, which prevents oxygen from reaching the lungs properly and does not completely clear the waste products inside the lungs. The best way to get rid of the air is to sit upright at least five times a day, pull in as much as you can, and then slowly pull it out. Repeat this process six to ten times. This strengthens the lungs and reduces the chances of being infected with corona.

When the sun or the heat is high, we begin to complain to Allah, even though it is a great blessing. Don’t be afraid of the sun because when you walk in the sun, vitamin D, the main component of the immune system, starts to form automatically and many kinds of viruses and germs die.

Lemons are very beneficial in making water an antioxidant. Put water in a jug, squeeze lemons in it and cut the peel into pieces and put it in the same water. Add a few mint leaves and drink this water. It is also sterile.

Ten rupees alum is the best substitute for thousands of rupees expensive teaser. Dissolve this alum in water and soak a towel or handkerchief in this water. Dry this towel and handkerchief in the hot sun. Wash your hands with plain water and wipe with a towel and handkerchief. There will be no need to apply sanitizer or wash your hands with soap for 20 seconds

No special park or arrangement is required for the walk.It costs no money, so everyone can walk for half an hour to strengthen their immune system,” says Dr. Sahib. Is an effective weapon against. It is necessary to make it a permanent habit. “

Masks and social distance are also emphasized to prevent corona. Where would a poor man with five or six children and one room buy so many masks and how to sew children six feet apart in one room? Change the order of the head and legs, ie one child sleeps with his legs towards the other’s head.

The most important and most important of these protective measures is to seek refuge in Allah. Ask Him for help in every trouble, ask forgiveness for your sins and worship Him as much as possible

Ahmadis excluded from Pakistan’s Minorities Commission.

Pakistani Prime Minister Imran Khan on Tuesday backtracked on his decision to include Ahmadis in the National Commission for Minorities.

During a cabinet meeting with his top minister, PM Khan approved a memo submitted by the Ministry of Religious Affairs & Interfaith Harmony urging the cabinet to exclude Ahmadis due to the “religious and historical sensitivity of the issue.”

The same cabinet on April 29th had ordered the Ministry of Religious Affairs to include the Ahmadis, saying that:

“The Ahmadi community, being a minority in accordance with the constitution of Pakistan, should also be represented in the Commission.”

The decision to give representation to Ahmadis triggered a nationwide backlash against the government. To quell the backlash the Ministry proposed that the cabinet drop its prior decision to include Ahmadis, stating that:

“So far decision at 1(c) is concerned, Ministry proposes that representative of Ahmadi community must not be included in the NCM, given the religious and historical sensitivity of the issue”

The Ahmadis who claim to be Muslim were declared “non-Muslim” in 1974 and have since been severely persecuted for their religious beliefs.

Hamza Abbasi says he was wrong to call Ahmadis ‘non-Muslim’.

Former Pakistani actor Hamza Ali Abbasi said on Saturday that he was wrong in labeling Ahmadis as non-Muslims. He was backtracking from comments he made in 2016 declaring the minority Ahmadis a religion separate from Islam.

Abbasi said on Twitter: “I was wrong in calling them non-Muslim. I can only say that they are wrong in their belief.” The actor was responding to a barrage of abusive tweets that were part of a Pakistan wide Twitter trend against Ahmadis. ”

Abbasi added that: “If a group or person calls himself a Muslim……then no individual has the authority to declare them non-Muslim.”

The twitter trend was in reaction to the government’s decision to include the Ahmadis in the National Minority Commission, a step rejected by a majority of Pakistanis.

PM Khan further directed that an updated memo be sent to the Ministry of Religious Affairs.
