Government has started construction of Dam near Rabwah on Chenab River

 Government has started the construction work on Chenab River near Rabwah to save the nearby villages and cities from flood and use the store water in irrigation. The engineers of WAPDA Water wing Authority and investigation institute are taking part in the test work. Drilling on 3 points out of 11 has been completed and the samples have been collected to evaluate the ground in depth. The project will also open the ways in terms of jobs for the unemployed people. The survey work will be competed in June 2016. About 25 billion will be spend on the mega project.

Site engineer Muhammad Shehbaz told to media that project will proved to be mile stone for the development of the agriculture field and economy of the country.
