Pakistan Youth Sports Festival Matches Summary (PYSF 2019)

On Thursday 12th September more than 523 Rabwah players took part in various sports wearing shirts of their respective teams on which Pakistan Zindabad and Khadim Rabwah are Printed.

Tahir Hameed Sahib, the supervisor of the Festival Tournament at the Festival, said that the Futsal game was being played in Semanted Court for the first time in Rabwah.

And a large number of spectators are coming to support their teams. Nasar Gharbi Habib, Darul-Anavar, Nusratabad, Yemen wasti Salaam and Yemen wasti Hamd won their matches day on 12th September.

Hafiz Ata-ul-Naeem while presenting the report on the Cricket matches said that 66 teams are participating in this. These matches are taking place at the Horse Racing Ground.

In the day before yesterday’s thrilling competitions, Tahirabad Garbi, Naseer Abad Sultan, Nasar Garbi Iqbal, Nasir Abad Sharqi, won their matches of Cricket.

For the first time, a water polo tournament has been held in Rabwah. This game’s supervisor, Waqar Ghumin Sahib, said that there are great competitions in the swimming pool where the sport is taking place and a large number of people are participating and supporters are also rushing in a great amount to support their teams.

The competition of Rowing has been also taken place at the Chenab River in which more than 50 players have participated.

Pakistan Youth Sports Festival undergoes its first round, followed by the second and third final rounds starting later this month.

Pakistan Youth Sports Festival Opening Ceremony (PYSF 2019)

An event called Pakistan Youth Sports Festival is organized by the Majlis Khadamal-Ahmadiya to improve the mental and physical activities of youth in Chenab Nagar (Rabwah).

In which 2200 young boys joined and they raised Pakistani flag in one hand and their team’s flag in the other hand to express their love for Pakistan.

The festival’s organizers Tauqir Asad and Shams Iqbal say that the festival hosts a total of 53 sports and about 20,000 young boys are participating in the festival.

 

 

Muhammad Waseem becomes first Pakistani boxer to win WBC silver flyweight title

SEOUL (Dunya News) – Pakistan’s only professional boxer Muhammad Waseem Sunday defeated Philippines’ Jether Oliva for World Boxing Council (WBC) Silver flyweight title in Seoul.

In a 12-round competition, Waseem strongly knocked out Oliva and managed to gain fourth position in international boxing ranking.

Belonging to Quetta, 28-year-old Waseem is the first boxer of the country who won the WBC international professional title.

He underwent two-month special training in United States and Japan for this fight.

Muhammad Waseem began his professional career in South Korea last year and won the Korean Bantamweight title on debut.

He had previously secured knockout wins in all three of his professional bouts and also had an impressive amateur record with 2014 Commonwealth Games silver medal and 2010 World Combat Games gold medal to his name.

All Pakistan sports rally has been won By Rabwah. Majlis Khudam Ul Ahmadiyya Pakistan organized All Pakistan Sports rally. A huge number of Khudam all over Pakistan took part in the different sports events. There were a number of individual and team events were held in the rally including volleyball , athletics , tennis, badminton, musical chair etc.  On over all point base Rabwah remained first,

Majlis Khudam Ul Ahmadiyya maqami orgnised all Rabwah Ilmi & warzashi rally to promote the sports in Rabwah. In this rally a number of competitions were organized including athletics. There were many traditional contests were also kept in the program such as Rassa Kashi , Sabit qadmi etc.  A large number of youngsters took part in the competitions.
